Originally from the UK, I've had the privilege of calling Queenstown, New Zealand home for the last 20+ years.

Alongside my love for travel, I've discovered another powerful passion - Personal Development. What prompted me to explore Personal Development?

For as long as I can remember, travel has been my passion. It's not just the destinations; it's the thrill of connecting with different cultures, the joy of seeing the world through new eyes, and the deep fulfillment I get from helping others experience the magic of travel. I've been fortunate to turn this love into a career, dedicating myself to creating incredible experiences for others, but like many in the travel industry my journey hasn't always been smooth sailing.

Adapting to Turbulence: Navigating Frustrating Shifts in the Travel Industry. A frustration of working in the travel industry is the constant and unnecessary changes. It's disheartening to pour your energy into planning and booking the perfect trip, only to see the reward fluctuate with no regard for the effort involved. Just when I think I've figured it out more changes are made, leaving me to question my motivation. It is tough to maintain my motivation when my financial security is so unpredictable, especially when I'm so passionate about my job and wanting the best for my clients.

What got me excited again? What got me into Personal Development has been a turning point in my life when I came to the realisation I was feeling stuck, despite all the achievements I had made. I had spent years focused on my career and the outward signs of success - working hard, travelling the world and building experiences - but inside I felt something was missing.

I wanted to grow, not just in my work or my travels, but as a person. I realised that no number of external accomplishments could fill the void. That is when I stumbled into the world of Personal Development. At first, it was just idle curiosity, but as I started reading books such as Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill & You Were Born Rich by Bob Proctor, I began to see how much untapped potential I had within myself that was going unfulfilled.

It was my lightbulb moment (and I have had many since) I am continually developing a mindset that is allowing me to grow personally and professionally to become a better version of myself and I am loving it!!
